Immerse yourself in the rich tradition of Indigenous culture as we honor the exceptional talents of Native chefs, who infuse the stories of first foods into every bite.

The evening opens with a warm welcome reception featuring Native artisans, live performances and a cultural blessing. Guests will then gather for a remarkable multi-course dinner showcasing the artistry and vibrant flavors of Indigenous cuisine, prepared by three Native chefs. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines crafted by Native winemakers in collaboration with the wine director of The Allison Inn & Spa.

Special guest speaker, Elaine Chukan Brown, will lead conversations on Native heritage, food and land stewardship. The evening will end with a Q&A session with the chefs.
