Stop by our lobby on Thursdays between 3:30-5:30 p.m. to sample featured Willamette Valley wines\, beers or spirits\, and meet knowledgeable experts from each winery\, brewery or distillery. \n\nAbout Jachter Family Wines\nJachter Family Wines is the passion project of Dave Jachter\, a former Oregon auto dealer known for his “And That’s No Bull!” tagline\, who transitioned from cars to wine after a successful 27-year career. Inspired by his love of wine and global tasting experiences\, Dave studied viticulture at UC Davis before purchasing 120 acres in the Chehalem Mountains AVA with his wife\, Karen. From 2019-2022\, they sourced fruit from sustainably farmed neighboring vineyards\, with their first estate vintage debuting in 2023. A state-of-the-art winery and barrel room opened in the summer of 2024\, marking an exciting new chapter for this Willamette Valley estate. \nVisit The Website
